UNIVERSITY OF ADAMAWA V.C SACKED (SEE REASON)

Governor Bidow Of Adamawa State, has been reported to have sacked the VC of the University of Adamawa state, Prof. Gabriel Shalla . The lingering crisis that has been rocking the Adamawa state university (ADSU) has been confirmed by the Commissioner of Higher Education, Alh. Ahmad Rufa’i , who said the crisis has ended with the sacking of the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Gabriel Shalla. Shalla’s removal followed many attempts made to reconcile issues concerning financial, ethnic religious,and tribal feuds within the leadership and the entire community of the University.

 According to Ahmad, Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrila appointed Dr Moses Zarwa and the new Bursar to serve on acting capacity. The Commissioner also enjoined Staff and Students of the university to cooperate with the new leadership of the institution to bring the vision and mission of the school into fulfillment.
